EGI TALENT is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE to join an Italian Fintech company dedicated to transform the way people pay by allowing shoppers to receive products immediately and pay in three convenient installments in a short period of time.

THE COMPANY is present in Italy (market leader), France and Germany over 1M customers use Scalapay and the service is offered by over 1,500 of the top fashion and beauty and home retailers including Kiko, Calzedonia, Twinset, Decathlon, Piquadro and Swappie.

THE POSITION

We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE to help THE COMPANY launch into the Spanish market and contribute to the growth trajectory by partnering with strategic merchants in the ecommerce ecosystem. We are looking for experience selling payment solutions or selling other products to large ecommerce merchants or retail chains.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Acquire key ecommerce merchants and retailers to adopt Scalapay as a payment option for their customers.
  • Responsible for lead generation through to contract signing
  • Work with key metrics to ensure pipeline development to meet revenue targets
  • Experiment with different sales channels and approaches to develop a playbook and training program including outbound cadences, email content and phone leads
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize program and lead nurturing strategy.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 2-4 years of experience selling to mid-size and enterprise eCommerce merchants or retailers.
  • Experience in the e-commerce sector and existing relationships with key players in the fashion, cosmetics and home goods industries.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Data-driven approach to order book management and lead forecasting
  • Scaling experience.
